The Role
We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business activities across Europe and beyond. This role combines technical understanding with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and requires a proactive and customer-focused mindset. The objective is to expand our customer base by creating new commercial partnerships, as well as to strengthen and grow our existing customer relationships.
The position is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, with the option of a hybrid working model that allows for flexible remote collaboration depending on the needs of the role and team. It, also includes frequent travelling within and outside Europe.
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
- Development & Expansion of the sales network: independently promote and expand the company’s presence across Europe and internationally.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows and exhibitions across Europe and internationally to increase visibility and attract new business.
- Conduct on-site visits with both existing and potential customers.
- Understand technical customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and management teams to shape competitive technical proposals.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial offers.
- Track customer satisfaction and follow-up on delivered solutions and services.
- Market Feedback: Provide structured feedback on customer trends, competitor activities, and market needs to inform business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Εlectrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales engineering and lead generation
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within and outside the EU.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and present complex technical solutions effectively.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of embedded systems, hardware/software co-design, or testing solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM and project tracking tools.
- Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
